Sold a Condo home in 2015 in Springfield, VA.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years moving every 2-5 years and Andy is the first realtor I met that can walk the talk. He had sold the house to me and so impressed me his dedication to his client I went with him instead of my realtor when I had to sell. I had to move out of state  quickly and on short notice due to a job change. He gave great advice on the market and we priced it right and sold within 10 days.
Because I was out of town he handled everything from staging for great pictures to handling the inspection and fixes! He went above and beyond and was always available at anytime and would drive quite a distance to meet repairman and ensure the work was done, I've never met someone so dedicated to his client and looking out for my best interest and not just a sale. I would recommend him to anyone! I can't say enough about him except that I wish I could use him on all my real estate transaction throughout the country when I have to move.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Springfield, VA
Andy and Elaine were very helpful in selling our home. Their advice for staging was excellent. And Andy took great pictures that presented our house in a very positive way. I guess the best proof is that our house sold the first day.
Unfortunately, that deal later fell through because of the  buyer's credit problems. But the house was re-listed, and again produced an offer the first day it was back on the market -- and this one followed through.
I strongly recommend Andy and Elaine to anyone who is selling a house

Andy and his wife Elaine helped us with the purchase of a home when we arrived in Fredericksburg and were the easy choice when we needed to sell our house 2 years later.
