Andy is a full-time and experienced Keller Williams agent. Andy works in a team with his wife, Elaine Arnold, who is also a full-time agent. Working together, they are able to provide immediate "radio dispatched" service. Andy is an experienced and successful short sale listing agent and earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation and the Certified Short Sale Professional designations. He is a member of the Fredericksburg Keller Williams office Agent Leadership Council (ALC). Andy is long-time resident of the Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg Virginia area. Before joining Keller Williams, Andy owned and operated a Stafford-based educational business for 17 years. He is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia and a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations/Government Information from American University in Washington, D.C.
